  3. Tennis is fun and interactive and is great for meeting new people and expanding your social networks. When exercise is fun, you are more likely to stick to it ! 
  4. Tennis improves coordination, muscular strength and agility and improves muscle tone, improves balance and flexibility – all fantastic to have as we age 
  5. Tennis training is non-impact! 
  6. It’s great for working all areas of your body, including your core, leg muscles and arms when you swing the ball
