Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all ages and fitness levels!
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before, your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels – all to a high-energy soundtrack!
Ready to hit the court?
Each session goes for 1 hour
Bring: Drink bottle, towel, racquet if you have one otherwise one will be provided.
CARDIO TENNIS
Fountain Gate Tennis Club: Thursdays: 7pm – 8pm
Belgrave Heights Tennis Club: Mondays 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Vermont South Tennis Club: TBC (express your interest with friends today!!)
We also run Beginner Adult’s Group Sessions at various venues which may be suitable as well.
Mondays and Wednesdays – Vermont South TC @ 10am and 7:15pm
Tuesdays – Fountain Gate TC @ 10am
Strictly limited numbers.
Note: these are not a ‘cardio’ program, but ‘beginner’ group session. Why not form a group with your friends!
